The Orientation Program for Year 8 – 11, 2025 new students and their families is outlined below:
Wednesday 13 November 2024
12.45pm – 2.45pm
12.45pm: Arrive at Oxley. Parking is available along the Main Driveway or overflow parking on Governors Field.
1.00pm – 1.20pm: Presentation commences in the Peter Craig Centre (PCC) for parents and students.
1.20pm – 1.45pm: Presentation for parents continues. Students depart for tours and House group introductions.
1.45pm: Presentation concludes and parents are invited to Elvo Lawn for refreshments.
2.15pm: Students join parents on Elvo Lawn.
2.45pm: Families depart
Students should wear neat, casual clothing (no uniforms please).

Please note: The Oxley Shop will not be open on Orientation Day. Please email office@oxley.nsw.edu.au if you have queries about this.
House placements will be communicated shortly before Orientation Day.
