We warmly invite you to explore all that is an Oxley education.

We’re here to help you navigate this significant decision. We encourage early application, as this ensures you are kept up-to-date with College news and important events such as Information Sessions and Open Mornings.

The College’s main entry years are Pre-K, Kindergarten, Year 7 and Year 11.  We welcome enquiries for all other year levels, noting that enrolment is subject to a place being available and appropriate interviews. We can enrol students at the start of Terms 2, 3 or 4 if a position is available.

Our Process

Open Mornings occur each term, private tours are available and we aim to offer additional events to give you the best chance to explore Oxley. Families are welcome to enquire and visit before submitting an Enrolment Application, but it is not a requirement.

Through our easy online system, you can submit your child’s application and they will then be on the waitlist or invited for an interview.

Each child’s application requires payment of the Application Fee ($220) and upload of key documents to be successfully submitted. The form requires electronic signature from both parents/carers who are responsible for the child. You then have access to your own enrolment dashboard to track progress of the application, update your contact details and complete to-dos.

Some families apply from the time they receive their child’s birth certificate; some families apply a few weeks from when they hope to commence. If there is some time before your child’s entry, we hope you engage with Oxley, visit again, and attend events until we contact you about arranging an interview. Should there be an immediate waitlist for your child’s year level, the Registrar will be in contact as soon as a place is available for your child and an interview can be arranged. If a place is available immediately, an interview will be arranged.

The College will request you submit documents, including school reports, NAPLAN assessments and additional learning assessments. An interview with either the Head of Senior School or Head of Junior School will be booked upon receipt of those documents, and a Student Learning Profile will be provided by the College. The interview is a critical step in the enrolment process, as it signifies the start of our potential school-home partnership. We learn more about your child as a young person and learner and about your family’s aspirations; you learn more about Oxley from its leaders. An interview may not be booked if the College has not received all requested documentation.

The Registrar will be in touch about whether you can expect a digital Offer of Enrolment or whether another meeting is required following the interview. If an Offer is issued, families generally have two weeks to accept or decline it.

Enrolment is confirmed when the Registrar receives both the Enrolment Contract, signed by all required parents/carers, and the $2,800 payment for the Enrolment Charge. This is paid per student and is non-refundable.

Continue your excitement about joining a very special community here at Oxley! The Year 7 Orientation Program is extensive. For all new families and students, we offer significant assistance to prepare for a smooth transition and informed start at Oxley.
