Oxley College is a distinctive school. Words can only express in part what that distinction is, the rest, we believe, must be sensed and experienced. Oxley has a particular character that visitors frequently comment upon. It is something palpable, experienced as part of our daily life together, but difficult to define. It could be described, perhaps, as spiritedness; for students and staff alike, it is a verve not as something which is taught so much as caught. We hope you’ll visit us as part of an Open Morning, not a normal day without curation, to discover this for yourself.
