How to raise a matter with the College

Regarding your Child

Contact your child's Classroom Teacher (Junior School) or Mentor (Senior School). They will either address the matter themselves or refer to the appropriate member of staff. Please allow two working days (term time) for them to respond to an email.

If the matter is not addressed to your satisfaction, please complete the Feedback Form. This will be sent to the relevant member of the Executive to be followed up.

Regarding Staff

Complete the Feedback Form on the Oxley College website. The form will be collected by the Company Secretary, (as a responsible member of the Board from a Governance perspective) as the conduit between the Board and the Executive, and triaged, forwarded and followed up by the appropriate member of the Executive or Board of Governors.

For any further assistance please contact the College by phone 02 4861 1366, or email office@oxley.nsw.edu.au.
