A copy of each teacher’s timetable is on display in the courtyard of the Music centre.
Lesson times usually stay the same for two weeks, before occurring half an hour later the next fortnight. This ensures that the student does not miss the same lesson continually.
It is the responsibility of the student to record his/her lesson time each week in their College Diary (writing it down for the term is recommended) and arrive for lessons promptly.
Attendance: If you are unable to attend your lesson, PLEASE GIVE YOUR TUTOR AT LEAST 1 WEEKS NOTICE so that they can try to reschedule your time.
Lessons which are missed (without 1 weeks’ notice) due to excursions, incursions, assessments or any other reason will NOT be made up and will be charged to your account.
If you are sick on the day of your lesson you must contact your tutor prior to 7.30am so that they can reschedule lessons for the day.
Storage of Instruments: Students’ instruments may be left in the Orchestral Locker Room, situated on the left-hand side of the courtyard. This room will be locked at the end of each school day, but students should ensure they take their instruments home over weekends, public holidays and over the holiday periods.
Instrumental teachers will invoice parents directly for lessons and should be the first point of contact for any matter relating to the tuition.
